The "Top Spot" is an advertising spot made available to a single artist.  There is only 1 "Top Spot" per category and it is the first space a collector or art enthusiast sees in a given category. The "Top Spot" is an advertising space that is fixed for one year.  Once again, it is "first come, first serve", however just like the rest of the CE Guide an artist must apply to be in the "Top Spot." Only the finest artists will be selected.
